I have been working on a new stream that I will probably dry run later today or in the near future, dealing with God's Debris, Decision Making, Predicting Probabilities, and Creating Luck.
Scott talked about creating luck in our own lives, and I have personally done this more than a few times, instinctively. I didn't know what I was doing in the beginning, but over time, I have discovered how to build a system in my brain for consistent good decision making. This system often puts me right in the path of the things I want to happen in my life.
GOD'S DEBRIS
I am introducing a short discussion on Scotts book God's Debris, and how that model fits in as a framework for reality. The concept of how we are all God's Debris gives us opportunities if we school ourselves in the positive decision making processes.
GOD'S ITERATIONS
One of Scotts last very profound thoughts he shared with us was that perhaps we are the successor to God. The concept is that we humans are building AI, which is potentially going to bring us AGI or Artificial General Intelligence, supposedly equal to us. Then ASI, which is Artificial Super Intelligence, that would be more than us. His thought was "What if God created us (any intelligence in the universe) as a successor to God?"
DECISION MAKING
It is often incredibly difficult to know which of the myriad paths forward we could all choose. In God's Debris, Scott postulated that God could be Omniscient because potential in an unrealized state includes all of the possible futures. But our base reality is in fact the path we have chosen, after decisions have been made. So how can we know what decisions to make?
VISUALIZATION
The concept that our memory is hosted in our brains in the exact same place as where we imagine the future tells you that when we organize the particles of God's Debris, we lock in the patterns in the past. But our imagination to visualize the future has the same power. Once you see yourself as someone different from who you have been, that sets a potential future pattern to become more and more like what you choose to visualize.
MAKING DECISIONS
The fact is, we often don't get to sit back and deliberate for a long period of time on what our future will be. Many times decisions come upon us in split second encounters. Which exit to take, which jump we make (off a cliff or diving board) can change our future path in an instant. So how can you ensure that you make good decisions consistently to get the best possible future?
PREDICTING THE FUTURE
As Elon has said, and many others, the easiest way to have a good future is to create it. Self authoring your future is what Scott and Jordan Peterson have been telling us for years. When you look at the past, you see past performance. The only way for the future to not look like the past is for you to take action. The decision is actually not conscious, it is when the potential probabilities fall into line with your vision and become your new trajectory.
BETTING ON A FUTURE
The key to what you decide your future will look like is for you to have two things in your head at the same time. A belief of who you are or what you are, in the future. Second, a knowledge of the potential set of outcomes this will create. Once you have those elements in place, the "Identity" postulated by Chase Huges, the beliefs you old as described by Annie Duke, and also the bet you make that Annie also describes. These become the pattern that sets your future.
OODA
When you place those bets on the future, based on your existing beliefs, plus your visualized belief you predispose yourself to a set of outcomes. The key to making those futures come out the way you want is to use the OODA, or Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act framework proposed by Col. John Boyd. This process helps you to truly narrow the probabilities into a pattern that suites your vision.
CREATING LUCK
As Scott said, creating luck is a key to the entire process. You are not likely to catch a fish if you are no where near water. It is very unlikely that you will earn money if you don't put yourself into a process that money flows through. Luck is just an alignment between what you want, what you visualize, and what happens. The stronger your visualization, and your decision to be in the path of the vision you create, the more likely you are to be "lucky".

I folks, I am a long time watcher of Scott Adams, and I have decided to step up in the wake of Scott's recent demise.
It was a privilege to be a sipper with all of you, and I have been studying and perfecting some of my own thoughts to share since I first listened to Scott's show.
I hope to produce something watchable and useful. This first attempt is just that. It is unrehearsed, and I streamed it live on the first go. I did cut off the first 10 minutes while I fiddled with getting the video working.
In the future, I expect to get this working on Locals, X, YouTube and Rumble all at once the same way Scott did it.
